Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SwiftMolds' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

SwiftMolds provides precision mold manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

• Custom mold design and engineering
• Rapid prototyping
• Production mold manufacturing
• Mold maintenance and repair
• Technical consultation

Quotes and Orders

All quotes provided by SwiftMolds are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the specifications and information provided by the customer. Any changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance and any required deposit. Production timelines begin after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary design files.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each quote or contract. Standard terms require a deposit upon order confirmation with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their designs and specifications. SwiftMolds will treat all customer designs as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent.

SwiftMolds retains ownership of any proprietary manufacturing processes, techniques, and tooling designs developed independently.

Quality and Warranty

SwiftMolds warrants that all molds will conform to the agreed-upon specifications. Molds are inspected and tested before delivery. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications by others.

Limitation of Liability

SwiftMolds' liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production delays.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwiftMolds operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

SwiftMolds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
